Shipping

Orders over $500 will be sent with complimentary shipping to metropolitan areas Remote areas may be subject to freight charges.

For orders under $500, delivery is calculated on weight and distance from the Sagitine warehouse to the nominated delivery address. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout at time of order.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming despatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery. All online orders are shipped via major Australian couriers including TNT, DHL, Couriers Please and Allied Express.

Estimated delivery times follow:

Australia Metropolitan Sydney: Same day shipping between Monday-Friday if ordered before 10am. If the order is placed after 10am, next day delivery will be arranged. Other Metropolitan Cities: 3-5 business days Regional Areas: 5-10 business days International International delivery times vary. Please contact info@sagitine.com for an estimated delivery timeframe.

Insurance

Sagitine will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sagitine and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Carbon Offset

Sagitine recognises that climate change is one of the most important issues we face today and have introduced a carbon-offsetting scheme to help negate the carbon footprint involved in shipping our products. When you select the Carbon Offset option you are helping neutralise the carbon dioxide that goes into the atmosphere from the process of shipping your order. At checkout you will see an option to offset the shipment. By selecting this box, the amount of carbon is automatically calculated and the offset fee is added to your shipping cost. This fee is used to invest in projects that remove or prevent greenhouse gas emissions.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product/s you may return your order for a refund, exchange or credit note.

To organise a return, please request a Return Authorisation number by contacting info@sagitine.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns outside the 7 day window may be accepted at our discretion.

All items must be returned with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note, shipping costs for change of mind returns cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise specified, we do not offer returns for a refund on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing/promotions/code discounts. Exchanges, subject to stock availability, can be processed for sale orders - and where applicable credit notes can be issued for sale returns.

Faulty Items

Each Sagitine order is fully checked and quality controlled before leaving the warehouse. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Sagitine immediately so that we can rectify the issue with a replacement, repair or refund (inclusive of all shipping fees).
